Pumpkinfish’s “secret” will soon be discovered…nationally.

– This progressive Florida creative agency has been selected to craft the design for a digital diary that will be sold nationwide, and appear in gift bags at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards –

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (June 23, 2008) – Pumpkinfish is a hip and progressive creative agency in Fort Lauderdale, Florida that fancies itself as a purveyor of high-quality design and artistic ideas. And this Winter, they should be able to point to a nifty technology product on the shelves of national retailers as evidence.

Ready to hear the teenage girls scream? Pumpkinfish recently completed the logo and package design for the Secret DiaryTM, a private, secure and customizable digital journal from Black Box Innovations—a Deerfield Beach, Florida based software and Technology Company specializing in consumer products. “The project was quite interesting” says Andy Heist, Pumpkinfish co-founder, “This diary is unlike anything we had seen before. We knew we had to create a package design with genuine character, as the product is aimed at a predominantly teen and 20’s female market.” Both Florida firms feel proud to have worked together on a job that they believe will have teens raging about this diary nationally. John Tate, President of Black Box, remarked “This product is truly unique—and we are very excited to show that our Florida companies can be competitive in offering high technology and design at a national and international level.”

The Secret Diary will be included in swag packs at this year “Teen Choice Awards”, hosted by Miley Cyrus of Hannah Montana fame, and is scheduled to arrive on retailer shelves nation-wide by the fourth quarter.

Feel free to swing by the state-of-the-art Pumpkinfish office for a glimpse of the upcoming package design. I’m sure the first thing you will ask about is the strange pumpkin and two crossed fish on their wall. The Pumpkinfish team has designed traditional, web and software projects for national and international companies ranging from Miami, Florida to Almeria, Spain.
